If you need to return a product purchased from RAM GATE Automation Limited then you have 28 days to do so.
The returned goods must be in a resaleable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts, then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.
Your order may arrive and be the latest model as and when the manufacturer has launched a new version. You will be contacted before your order is dispatched if the part cannot be used as a direct replacement. Please contact RAM Gate Automation Limited for return addresses.
Please note that any items that have been altered to your personal specifications and requests, will be excluded from our returns policy. It will then be at RAM Gate Automation’s discretion if we accept the return of the item.
General Points
Please check our products for their individual warranty periods, some products such as bespoke items are not covered under any warranty as per above.
All returns including warranty returns will require a returns number. No returns will be accepted without a returns number which can be obtained by contacting RAM Gate Automation Limited at [email protected]Â prior to sending the product back.
Advanced replacements
We do not offer advanced replacements. If you require a replacement product to be sent out in advance of the suspected faulty unit being returned, a new order and payment will be required. If we can find no fault with the original returned product (or is has been damaged and therefore not under warranty) a refund will not be issued, and the original item will be returned to you. We may ask for payment for the return of non-faulty goods.
It is important you are aware that on issuing a returns number prior to us receiving and inspecting the product, does not automatically confirm that the product in question is faulty. If it is deemed that the product is not faulty, a full inspection sheet will be issued, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Product warranty will become invalid if fault has been caused as a result of water ingress, third party damage or unauthorised component replacement and misuse as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
Return of unused product
If a product has been ordered and is no longer required, we may accept the products back at the discretion of RAM Gate Automation Limited.
Repairs
We do not offer repairs for products out of warranty.
Force Majeure
RAM Gate Automation Limited shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full refund to your account of any monies already taken.
